Description 1. Removal of concrete pavement in the vicinity of the proposed biofilter. 2. Construction of a stormwater diversion structure. 3. Construction of an underground stormwater pretreatment vault. 4. Jack and bore storm sewer beneath railroad. 5. Construction of an outlet control structure. 6. Earth excavation and embankment fill. 7. Haul offsite and dispose of debris encountered during excavation in a type II landfill. 8. Placement of a PVC liner. 9. Import and placement of sand. 10. Planting of the biofilter with plugs and shrubs. 11. Filling, grading and/or berming of excess excavated material onsite. 12. All necessary soil erosion and sedimentation controls. 13.
