Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain City-Wide Non Landscaped Medians as specified below and in conjunction with the Maintenance Performance Schedule. The work to be performed shall be by a Landscape Maintenance Contractor, licensed by the State of California with a C27 licensed to do business in the City of Sacramento. Contractor shall have at least two years actual experience in providing landscape maintenance services for large scale commercial and/or governmental agencies. There shall be no subcontracting of any maintenance services or pesticide applications under the Agreement.
