Description

Remove old shingles, install ice & water shield on eaves, install synthetic underlayment and install 30 year brown architectural shingle, protect all non-wood surfaces, thoroughly clean exposed pavilion wood and apply oil based, semi-transparent natural cedar tinted, waterproofing, wood protecting, exterior wood stain. Remove all debris in accordance with the scope of work.
