Description

Provide statewide traffic counting for Manual Vehicle Classification data collection. This solicitation is not for short term pneumatic tube traffic counting. The service shall include obtaining 24-hour, midnight to midnight, count by vehicle type per hour, by lane direction or leg at urban and rural counting locations and at the Texas/Mexico border crossing bridges.
