Description

Replacement of the onsite sewage disposal system at the Ward Hill Salt Storage Facility located at 625 Cecilton Warwick Road (MD282), Warwick, Maryland. The work will consist of the following: (a) Project Management: Coordination of all aspects of the construction process including, but not limited to, subcontractor coordination and construction phasing. (b) Abandonment of existing 1,000 gallon septic tank in place as indicated on the drawings. (c) Locate existing leach field through the use of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and test pitting; and abandon existing leach field. (d) Install new sanitary piping and 2,000 gallon concrete precast septic holding tank. (e) Install septic tank level indicator, high level alarm, alarm acknowledgement switch, shunt trip breaker, auto dialer system, and all electrical appurtenances to complete the work. (f) Contractor shall provide a Third Party Electrical Inspection to document and certify code compliance of the electrical system installation. Inspection shall be performed by a Maryland licensed electrical inspector.
