This is a Synopsis IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This procurement will be restricted to those approved BPA holders eligible for call orders under the Region 9 Road Construction and Maintenance BPAs with agreement numbers 12445522A0074-12445522A0101,1244522A0103-1244522A0118, and 12445522A0120-12445522A0124. Project Title: Crawford Timber Road Construction Services Project Description: This project consists of reconstructing 3,000 feet of Forest Road 1001. Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, clearing & grubbing, tree removal, excavation, embankment, stabilization with aggregate surface course, and turf establishment. Project Location: Project begins at the west end of FR 1001 off Chase Bridge Road (station 0+00). Approximately 1,800 feet north and 2,110 feet west of the Se corner of Section 27 in Township 26 North, Range 2 West, Crawford County, Michigan. PSC: The Primary Product Service (PSC) is Z2LB, Repair of Alteration of Highways/Roads/Streets/Railways NAICS Code: 237310- Highway Street Bridge Construction Acknowledgment of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the outcome of the USDA Forest Service's review of the information received. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expense incurred to interested parties for response to this notification.
