Jefferson Street at Avenue 53 Roundabout Street Improvements

This project is located at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Hideaway Club Drive/SilverRock Way. The proposed work includes the construction of a new two-lane roundabout. Work also includes the demolition and re-grading of the intersection, installation of City furnished street lights, landscaping, irrigation that utilizes an existing water meter, sidewalk, modification to existing catch basins, grind and overlay, signing and striping from Avenue 54 to Avenue 52, and an additive alternate for crack seal and slurry seal from Avenue 54 to Avenue 52.
