Utilities Parking Lot Rehabilitation Bids/Proposals received after the due date/time will be considered non-responsive and not acceptable for award. As such, a two (2)-day time limit stated in the City's General Conditions These Special Conditions, together with the accompanying documents and maps listed under SC-1 and the Referenced Specifications listed in these documents, cover the requirements for the work as listed in the bid, including incidental appurtenant work. The Board on behalf of the City of Las Cruces reserves the right to shorten, add to, or change the list of work given below. It is intended, at this time, that the following work will be accomplished under this contract: A complete rehabilitation of the parking lot. There will be removal of existing asphalt and base course: grading (including sub-grade preparation), installation of new base course and asphalt; removal and/or relocation of curbing; painting parking stripes and curb; landscape rock area
