| Description | The project consists of the renovation of two existing shower rooms (men and women) with new finishes and fixtures in Building 12 which is an existing behavioral health unit. The number of showers (three) will remain the same in each shower room, but the changes will provide a safer environment for both the patients and staff. Mechanically new exhaust will be provided and additional heating will be provided. Plumbing and fire protection include new sprinkler heads individual shower shut-off valves and shower diverters. The electrical scope of work includes providing new led light fixtures, and key operation light switch. |
