| Description | A. Contractor shall provide pavement maintenance services on asphalt and other pavement substrates (“Work”) on an as needed basis, including emergency response. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, permits, equipment, tools and all other items necessary for, and incidental to, providing these services. B. Scope of work may include, but not be limited to: repair, remove & replace (R&R), crack sealing, patching, milling, pulverizing, seal coating, line striping, hot-mix asphalting,excavating, etc on parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, installation of concrete curbing forparking lots to industry standards, pinning curbs to the asphalt, etc. C.
