Description | *As of April 24, 2023, construction is 80% complete. The store is anticipated to open by mid-May, 2023. Trades: Plumbing - Two restrooms, mop sink, DF, eye wash. Electric - Install owner supplied panels, switchgear, lighting, EMS. Supply and install transformer. Install power circuits for checkouts, equipment, and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC - Existing RTUs. Supply and install fully insulated ductwork, diffusers and exhaust fans. Sprinkler - Rework existing fire sprinkler system for new layout. Framing/Drywall - Frame and sheetrock two restrooms, office, break rom and header wall. Acoustic Ceiling - Acoustic ceiling in parts area A and breakroom. Paint - Paint interior walls, door frames and floor striping. Paint exterior doors and bollards. Polished Concrete - Per plan. Glass - Supply and install vestibule. Concrete - Infill plumbing trenches. Install landings and ramps at new rear exterior doors. Masonry - Cut in door openings and install lintels - 3 locations. Steel Fabrication - Supply and install 6 strongbacks, structural tube framing at new vestibule. Supply lintels for new door openings - 3 locations. Demolition - Demo existing acoustic ceiling, lighting and ductwork. Demo paving at new ramp and landings. Demo concrete for new underground plumbing. Cut in doors in existing block walls. Cabinets - Supply breakroom cabinets and Corian counter tops. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
