Electric - Install owner supplied panels, switchgear, lighting, EMS. Supply and install transformer. Install power circuits for checkouts, equipment, and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC - Existing RTUs. Supply and install fully insulated ductwork, diffusers and exhaust fans. Sprinkler - Rework existing fire sprinkler system for new layout.
