Description

The work consists of the installation of a triple barrel siphon across the Ipswich River between the Choate and County Street Bridge, installation of associated upstream and downstream manhole structures, the replacement of approximately 500 feet of prefabricated concrete encased pipe, rehabilitation of existing support caissons for sewer interceptor, installation of access road along northern side of the Ipswich River, installation of armoring stone throughout the project site for slope stabilization, cleaning and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of approximately 2,800 linear feet of sewer main, and cementitious lining of approximately 200 vertical feet of sanitary sewer manholes with watertight manhole cover replacement.
