Description | The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing of plant, equipment, superintendence, labor, skills, material and all other items necessary for the removal and replacement of the Finished Water Piping as detailed, or required in the Contract Documents. Several shut downs will be required to perform the work of this Contract. If the work is performed during the day the maximum shut down time will be THREE (3) hours in a 24-hour period. If the Contractor requires a longer shut down, the shutdown shall be performed between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, during low water demand. All work required under the Contract Documents shall be completed and ready within the timeframes as established in the Agreement. |
