Equipment Storage Structure Rebid

Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Miami County and the City of Troy, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. A bid bond in the amount of 100% payable to the City of Troy or A certified check, a cashier's check, Official Bank Check, or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% payable to the City of Troy, Ohio The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids when to the advantage of the City and to select the best bid in its opinion. The City of Troy, Ohio is in compliance with ADA. A. GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS 1. The State of Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Material Specifications (CMS) (2019 Edition), and The City of Troy Construction Specifications shall govern this project except as noted herein. If the specifications are found to be in conflict, the City of Troy or its designated representative shall determine which shall be followed. B. DEFINITIONS 1. The following definitions will govern over those in ODOT CMS a. Item 101.03 - Department shall be the City of Troy, Ohio. b. Item 101.03 - Director shall be the Director of Public Service and Safety of the City of Troy, Ohio. c. Item 101.03 - Engineer shall be the City Engineer of the City of Troy, Ohio. d. Item 101.03 - State (or City) shall be the City of Troy, Ohio acting through its authorized representative.
