JISD Performing Arts Center Theater Equipment Replacement

Theatrical Equipment Replacement at the Performing Arts Center at Judson High School 9142 FM 78, Converse, Texas, 78109. Theatrical Lighting and Sound System replacement and associated Life Safety, PA, and electrical support systems are included in this project. The Project must be complete and ready for occupancy not later than June 1, 2024. Any proposal must provide for final completion by this date. Alternately, Offerors are asked to submit the number of calendar days required for completion of the Work, if completion of the Work shall be prior to such date. Offerors are advised that The Project is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,250.00 per day for each day's delay in the Substantial Completion of the Work. PREVAILING WAGE: The wages paid for this Project are to be prevailing and standard wages for this area and comply with the minimums that must be paid to be in conformance with all applicable laws of the State of Texas. BID SECURITY: A proposal bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Proposal, plus all additive alternatives, if applicable, shall be attached to the Proposal Form. All questions concerning this Proposal must be received no later than 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.
