Shady Lane and Shady Nook Reconstruction and Hill N' Dale Drainage Improvements

The Shady Lane and Shady Nook Road Reconstruction project involves 1,800 tons of asphaltic concrete, 2,500 L.F. of 8-inch sanitary sewer installation, 13 each sanitary manholes, 710 L.F. of sanitary laterals, 2,500 L.F. of 8-inch water main installation, 21 water services, 3,100 L.F. of ditching, erosion control, restoration, and traffic control. The Hill N Dale Drainage Improvements project involves 6 acres of clearing and grubbing, 14,000 cubic yards of pond clay liner, 1 lump sum for wet pond excavating and grading, 1,830 L.F. ditching, 150 L.F. of culvert installation, traffic control, erosion control, and restoration. Additonal Description: All Work is included in multiple prime contracts. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of the City of Pewaukee, and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Pewaukee reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
