Project 539-18-205 Parking Garage Assessment & Remediation: barriers and signage that address suicide abatement on elevated parking structures. These measures were not prescribed during the initial design and construction of the parking garage and the main intent of this project is to install safety barriers to prohibit individuals from doing harm to themselves. The entrance/exit to the garage will also be modified as part of this project to allow for better access control to the parking structure. The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for Project. Work includes installation rigid fencing on the top level of the parking garage, installation of flexible stainless-steel wire mesh in the openings at all intermediate levels, and reconfiguration of the ground level exit gate. General construction and electrical work are required. Plumbing and mechanical work may also be necessary
