Description

Contractor service agreement for the preventative maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment at the National Weather Service Forecast Office (WFO) and associated Weather Service Radar (WSR) sites for Midland, Texas and Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Services include one (1) annual inspection and three (3) month preventive maintenance inspections of all HVAC systems on site. Contractor will provide all belts, filters, humidifier cannisters, and consumables required as part of the overall contract price. Inspections should be on an approximate 90-day interval. Observe all applicable OSHA safety regulations, as well as state and local safety codes and ordinances.
