Spruce Alley Improvements

In general, the work shall consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing all required bonds, insurances and forms, general superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals required for completion of the prescribed alley improvements, including, but not limited to, ADA ramp installations, storm water catch basin replacements, pavement base repairs, mechanical milling of existing asphalt pavement surfaces, alley reconstruction, asphalt overlay of milled pavement surfaces and reconstructed alley base course, pavement markings, traffic control including establishment of approved detour routes and all else necessary or required.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
