The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, expansion of the existing chiller to provide for additional peak capacity needs and redundancy. In addition to the new building/addition, the necessary chiller, cooling towers and associated equipment and controls, the project shall include storm water management, retaining walls, access roads and parking, security fencing and lighting as required in the vicinity of the new and existing chiller plant buildings.
