Description | The 25th Avenue Pedestrian Boulevard Construction project involves construction of a 10-foot pedestrian boulevard on the north side of 25th Avenue between Fulton Street and Iola Street located in Aurora, Colorado. Work performed shall include, but is not limited, to: 1. Relocating the existing curb line to narrow the street from a 40-foot section to a 36-foot section. The relocated curbs narrow the travel lanes from 12 feet to 10 feet, maintaining on-street parking. 2. The project also includes crosswalks to access the north side of 25th Avenue. The existing curb ramps at the pedestrian signal east of Hanover Street will be reconstructed to current City standards. 3. The pavement markings for the signal will be reinstalled. |
