Justice Building Renovation and Flood Proofing/Town Hall Flood Proofing

As of April 3, 2023, project was awarded to First General of Southern NY, Inc, awarded amount is $1,526,412.71. The Project includes the following Work: 1. The proposed project will provide for Floodproofing for the existing Town Hall and Justice Buildings along with Renovations to the existing Justice Building. The renovations consist of a small garage addition, new emergency generator, new mechanical unit, first floor offices and new courtroom in the Justice Building. See attached bid documents for full scope of work. Bidding Documents may be viewed and bid packages may be purchased/downloaded from the designated website by prospective bidders. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Contractors shall document good faith efforts to solicit active participation by Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) for provision of labor and/or materials as appropriate. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45-days after the actual bid opening thereof, in accordance with the New York State General Municipal Law, Section 105.
