Jester Park Nature Center Addition

This project consists of all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the addition to the Nature Center that includes the demolition of an existing outdoor roof terrace and constructing an addition to the existing building that includes a gift shop, an office space, a mother's nursing room/quiet room, and a room with and adult changing table including all plumbing, electric, HVAC, and finishes. All Work shall be completed byJune 1, 2024. All work must be completed in compliance with the all laws and permits. The Polk County Conservation Deputy Director interpretation of all specifications shall be final. Questions can be submitted via electronically until 12:00am on Monday, October 16, 2023 Polk County Conservation will respond through electronically Direct posting which will be published as addendums on Monday, October 23, 2023 by 5:00pm All work must be completed and accepted by the completion dates assigned. If the contractor fails to meet the completion deadlines liquidated damages may be assets to the Contractor in the amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day the project goes beyond the contract time.
