Description

Purchase and delivery of a complete SONET system to the City of Springfield, City Water, Light, & Power (CWLP). The network being replaced is owned and operated by CWLP to provide high speed, low latency, protective relay protection and communications between electric substations and the CWLP electric operations control center at 10th & Miller Street.
