| Description | In an effort to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and upgrade facilities, TSD desires to contract with an ESCO to review and implement practical ECM across the majority of TSD facilities. The ESCO shall be a Qualified Provider and provide TSD with a comprehensive, itemized evaluation to identify possible ECM improvement opportunities. Should TSD choose to implement identified ECM, the ESCO shall act as the project General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) and provide a guaranteed ESC. |
