Description

The work to be performed is for pool resurfacing at Mangan Pool, 2140 34th Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95822. The resurface work consists of demolish down fiberglass to bare concrete, refinish the fiberglass pool; repair and/or removal of existing expansion joints, demolish the wall return inlets, demolish the main drain grate covers; and to restore all lane lines, depth markets, and such back to be consistent with current health code requirements.
