Concrete, Cement and Plaster Question Deadline 06/14/2023 at 10:00 AM CT General/Technical Specifications. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturers' specifications, industry standards and best work practices. All work is to be performed by skilled and qualified workmen in best practices of the trade and in compliance with Building Regulations and/or Government Laws, Statutes and Ordinances. Sidewalks and Curbs. Demolish existing sidewalks and curbs as indicated on the site maps. Note that not all sidewalks have curbs. Install new 4" concrete sidewalk over compacted granular fill. Finish grade top soil to the top of the slab. Control joints must be cut as necessary. New sidewalks and curbs shall blend in with adjacent sidewalks and curbs. New curbs shall match the height of the existing curb height with no change in compensation. Pricing shall be submitted for complete work at Brentwood Manor and Prairieland Townhouse Apartments.
