Lift Station S-14 Upgrade

Pour new 6” concrete floor and install new anchor bolts and stainless-steel base plates. Install new 4” Flygt base elbows and guide rails with brackets. (316L stainless steel pipe supports in wet well.) Replace the discharge lines in the wet well. All wet well piping to be 4” fusion welded HDPE from the base elbows to the existing above ground valve assembly. The HDPE needs to connect to DIP Valve Assembly outside of the wet well and below grade. Install new 10” thick wet well top slab and hatch cover with County approved safety hatch and 4” vent pipe with screen through the top slab. Contractor to coordinate with the pump manufacturer (Flygt) to establish the minimum hatch cover dimensions for pump removal with the proposed guide rail installation.
