| Description | Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to import beach compatible sand to restore the dune and beach areas to address impacts from Hurricane Ian as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Contract Plans. The County reserves the right to reject any or all materials, if in its judgment the item reflects unsatisfactory workmanship or manufacturing or shipping damage. The vendor shall refund, to the County, any money which has been paid for same. |
