Construction Services for the Demolition and Replacement of HVAC Cooling Units in Metra's Telecom Rooms

This project is for the Construction Services for the Demolition and Replacement of HVAC Cooling Units in Metra's Telecom Rooms located in the Ogilvie Transportation Center (OTC), Metra's Van Buren St. Station, and Metra's Kensington Yard (KYD), C hicago, IL There will be two Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit dates for this project. The first Pre-Bid Meeting will consist of two locations. The first pre-bid meeting site visit will begin at 10:00 A.M on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Ogilvie Transportation Center (OTC) at 117 N. Clinton St., Chicago, IL. We will meet on the northeast corner of Clinton and Washington, south of the doors to Metra Market. The second location for this pre-bid meeting site visit is scheduled for 12:00 noon at Metra Van Buren Street Station, 132 E. Van Buren St, Chicago, IL in the Main Station waiting room. The last location, for the pre-bid meeting site visit is at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Metra's KYD yard, 12301 S. Indiana Avenue, Chicago, IL. We will meet near the southwest corner of the main building. Questions Due Date: May 3rd 2023, 4:00 PM CDT Since the pre-Bid Meetings are being held on Metra property, each attendee will be required to sign a liability waiver at the meeting in order to participate. These pre-bid meetings are not mandatory, but attendance is encouraged. ALL ATTENDEES ARE REQUIRED TO WERAR A HARD HAT, ORANGE SAFETY VEST (CLASS II WITH REFLECTIVE STRIPING), SAFETY GLASSES (SIDE SHIELDS FOR PRESCRIPTION EYEWEAR), AND STEEL TOED SAFETY BOOTS AT THE PRE-BID MEETINGS.
