| Description | In general the work consists of: Roof Area ‘1’ at the Environmental Health and Safety Building (#0549) has deteriorated to the point that it is in need of replacement. Remove the current rock ballasted roof and replace it with a fully adhered EPDM roof. Install 2x2 pavers and a portion of the salvaged ballast material along the west edge of the roof to match existing east edge of Roof Area ‘2’. |
