| Description | Removal of existing exterior stairs and replacement with new pre-cast concrete masonry stairs on each side of Marcy Casino. A. Work shall include all work as shown on the contract drawings including but not limited to: 1. Demolition of existing concrete stairs, and foundations on each side of Marcy Casino as depicted on construction documents 2. Demolition of existing steel handrails on each side of stairs. 3. Construction of new cast in place reinforced concrete foundations. 4. Fabrication and installation of new pre-cast stone stair treads. 5. Construction of cast in place concrete landings to match the finish texture and color of the pre-cast stone stair treads 5. Installation of new steel pipe rail handrails on each side of new stairs. 6 Regrading Restoration of all grass and landscaped areas disturbed by construction activities to original conditions prior to start of construction. ALTERNATES #01 Upper East Stair and ALTERNATE#02 Lower East Stair refer to spec section 01 2300. |
