Abatement of Asbestos from the interior of Structures Located at 610 East First Street and 412 South Poplar Street

Work will consist of but not be limited to the following: - Removal of asbestos containing materials per IEPA guidelines - Disposal of asbestos containing materials per IEPA guidelines - Submittal of State of Illinois Demolition/Renovation/ Asbestos Project Notification Form with fee to the appropriate agencies Interior of 610 E 1st St. includes 132 square feet of 9"x9" tile and 132 square feet of adhesive in the main level kitchen area. Interior of 412 E Poplar St. includes 195 square feet of linoleum in the second-floor dining room, 72 square feet of linoleum in the second-floor east bedroom and duct tape in the basement. Items in the basement have been contaminated and need properly removed. The City of Pana reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids, reject any or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the City. Successful bidder shall provide Certificate of Insurance to City. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act 820 ILCS 130/0.01 will apply (Requires certified payroll to be submitted to the city).
