The County of Orange (County) seeks a qualified Vendor to provide golf course lawn maintenance equipment to the Orange County Department of Parks and Recreation, 211 State Route 416, Montgomery, NY 12549. Item 1 – Turfco TriWave 45 Overseeder, or approved equal 1. Truckster Tow Overseeder with 25 HP Gas Engine or Equivalent. 2. Hydrostatic driven wheels and blade assemblies turn independent. 3. Floating seeding heads. 4. 20 Greens power driven Wave Blades with 1 1/2” spacing. 5. 40” Seed Swath. 6. 50 LB. seed hopper capacity. 7. Adjustable seed metering with automatic open/close wave blade technology. 8. Must seed 1.21 acres per hour at 3 MPH operating speed. 9. Standard 5/8” pin equipped with Jack Stand & Safety Chains. 10. Self-contained Hydraulic Power Unit to raise & lower unit. Item 2 - Two sets of ten (10) standard fairway blades for the above Item 1 Overseeder.
