Project to include: Prep/Form/Pour 40' x 60' pole building with 6" of 4,000psi concrete, 1.5lbs./cubic yard fiber mesh. Sub base will be 4" of premium material. Floor will be poured level. Cure. Prep/Form/Pour 10' x 60' Apron with 6" of 4,000psi concrete, 1.5lbs./cubic yard fiber mesh. Sub base will be 4" of premium material. Aprons will slope away from building. Cure. Supply and install 5 ea. 6" bollards to protect overhead doors. Quotes must include all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the job. Delivery Date: Beginning date is Date of fully executed agreement and Purchase Order, and will expire on June 30th, 2023 Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract.
