Business Facade Grant Project 31 Front Street

The owner of the building located at 31 Front Street, Belfast, Maine, seeks qualified vendors to provide individual bids for the following services: Replace handicap accessible ramp, replace rotting trim board, replace rotted cedar shakes and ground scape improvements. This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Façade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply for this project. Questions regarding this project can also be directed to Ms. LaRochelle. The City of Belfast reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
