Washington Drive Improvements and Waterline Replacement

The scope of work consists of providing labor and materials necessary for the installation of approximately 898 lineal feet of 8" PVC waterline, together with necessary connections to existing waterlines, connection of existing water service laterals, main line valves, fire hydrants, and other appurtenances. Also included in this scope of work is 220 lineal feet of storm drainage and 1710 square yards of pavement reconstruction, together with curbs, drives, sidewalk, pavement markings and other roadway items. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the Village of Grafton, Ohio, in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). The Village of Grafton, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder.
