The purpose of this RFP is to establish a pool of on-call contractors for the construction of single-family house sites, driveways and underpinning for manufactured homes, for members of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, who are receiving assistance through the Housing & Community Developments (HCD) Site Prep Program.
