Description

As of May 24, 2023, project was awarded to CNY Construction awarded amount is not available. The Project consists of the construction of ADA accessibility improvements to walks, parking lot areas, and restroom buildings at various City Parks throughout the City of Utica. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. If you do not have internet access or have questions on ordering from the site, please contact Avalon Document Services at (315) 471-3333. Drawings can be picked up at any of Avalon Document Services' locations. Cash payments will not be accepted. By submission of the $30.00 non-refundable payment, bidder will be registered as an official planholder. Only official planholders are eligible to bid on the project. Subcontractors, suppliers, equipment vendors, etc. will also be required to submit the nonrefundable payment in order to receive the Electronic Download of the Project Manual and Plan Sheets (ContractDocuments). If bidders wish to purchase a USB Flash Drive with an electronic version or printed copies of the Contract Documents, they may be obtained through Avalon at their own expense. Only official planholders will be allowed to obtain a USB Flash Drive with an electronic version or printed copies of the Contract Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who obtain Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office (via Avalon Plan Room) and are duly registered on the List of Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Issuance of the bid proposal was resolved by the Board of Contract and Supply on January 26, 2023. The Board of Contract and Supply reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any and all bids. Engineer's Construction Estimate is $660,000 for the Base Bid and $200,000 for the one Bid Alternate
