Description

Hazardous Materials: Removal of ACM mudded pipe insulation, duct insulation and gaskets Mechanical: Replacement of approximately 4,200 linear feet of steel piping and insulation Replacement of approximately 65 heating coils in air handling units and distribution ductwork Replacement of hot water circulating pumps and associated hydronic specialties including but not limited to expansion tanks, chemical feed system, steam to hot water heat exchanger, glycol feed tank and pump Installation of new steam to hot water exchanger and pumps. Replacement of steam unit heaters with hot water/glycol unit heaters Replacement of approximately 4 fan coil units Replacement of fin tube radiation Replacement of unused makeup air unit with new energy recovery ventilator Installation of new ductless split systems for two classrooms Replacement of pneumatic controls with new DDC controls Air and hydronic balancing Electrical: Work associated with replacement of electrically controlled mechanical equipment Temporary removal and reinstallation of light fixtures Architectural: Cut and patch walls and ceilings as required
