| Description | This project is to create a new shop building space for the Port of Everett's Marina Maintenance Department by enclosing an existing covered canopy area at the north end of the PORT's Waterfront Center. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, concrete foundations and slabs, steel framing, light gauge metal stud framing, CMU wainscoting, wall panels, windows, doors, overhead roll-up doors, landscaping, plumbing, mechanical / HVAC, and electrical work, all for a complete and operable project The PORT reserves the right to schedule additional pre-bid meetings if the PORT determines it is in its best interest.
