The project consists of the construction of building and site improvements at the Frelinghuysen Township Municipal Complex including the demolition and removal of the existing salt shed building, the construction of a new salt shed building, the relocation of an existing liquid calcium chloride tank, clearing site, roadway excavation, parking lot improvements, electric service for the new salt shed building, piping system for the spray of liquid brine in bays in the new salt shed building, and restoration
