| Description | Sealed bids from qualified companies for the purpose of providing HVAC air-filter services to approximately thirty-six (36) CCSD locations. Those services include, as a minimum, provide pleated filter media and installing into existing CCSD owned filter frames. Bids are due no-later-than April 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. The Contract resulting from this solicitation shall be a multi-year fixed-price contract for 3-years (June 1 2021 – May 31 2024). The Contract may be renewed annually at the same or equivalent pricing with the written consent of both parties for up to two additional one-year periods (through May 31, 2026). |
