Academic Seismic Replacement Building - Painting

Plant Construction seeks responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) from Trade Subcontractors interested in bidding the Painting scope on the contract for the University of California, Berkeley Academic Seismic Replacement Building located in Berkeley, California. Plant Construction seeks trade contractors with significant experience in coordination and execution of new, mass timber construction projects that are substantial in size and involve challenging logistical conditions and aggressive schedules. The scope of work will be to participate in provision of submittals and shop drawings, and coordination and execution of the complete scope listed below at the new Academic Seismic Replacement Building. Licenses Required: CLSB C-33 License Question Deadline 10/11/2023 RFI Responses Due October 17th, 2023 Plant reserves the right to reject any or all responses to the RFP and to waive immaterial errors in any response received.
