Annual Tree Maintenance Contracts

The initial term of the proposed Tree Maintenance Contract shall be from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, and may be renewed at the Village’s discretion for subsequent terms for the 2022, 2023, and 2024 calendar years. Bid prices for the initial contract year 2021 shall be valid for at least sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening or as otherwise specified on the bid proposal form. The successful bidder shall also be required to keep their respective separate bids for the contract years 2022, 2023 and 2024 open until January of each such contract year. The Contractor shall provide tree maintenance service, including but not limited to emergency storm damage responses, hazardous tree removal, nuisance and diseased tree removal, district however, the Village may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion.
