| Description | The work of this project includes the construction of the electrical, communications, and bus stop technologies to accommodate transit service along Hennepin Avenue. The project includes installing power and communications cabling to support the bus technologies for the proposed enhanced bus stops. The enhanced bus stop elements include real time information signage, CCTV units for the Real-time sign pylons and the shelter, annunciators, bus detection beacon, and environmental monitors. The project will be completed in close coordination with the City of Minneapolis reconstruction of Hennepin Avenue between 12th Street and Washington Avenue. Traffic control related to this project will need to be coordinated with the City project. |
