Prime Bidders will be furnished one (1) set of bidding documents at Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, 501-372-401 or Pine Bluff Blueprint, 3404 S. Camdon RD, Suite D, Pine Bluff, AR 71603, 870-535-0197. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the Bidder's deposit will be refunded. Prime Bidders requiring additional sets and Sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics or Pine Bluff Blue Print. Bidders Shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors, and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is in excess of $20,000.00. The Owner encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bid. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
