Bus Maintenance Fall Protection Systems

The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority ("CNYRTA" or "Authority") is requesting bids from certified MSA latchways installers to provide Bus Maintenance Fall Protection Systems. Firms wishing to submit Bids do so entirely at their own risk. There is not an express or implied obligation on the part of the CNYRTA to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing and submitting Bids in response to this request. The CNYRTA reserves the right to reject any and all Bids for any reason. Bids received within the confines of the due date will remain in effect sixty (60) days from the due date.
