WBS Element: Various County: Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Caldwell, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes, & Yadkin Description: Installation of Long-Life Pavement Markings on Various Routes as Needed Contractors must be pre-qualified with NCDOT as Bidder or PO Prime Contractor prior to bidding on this project. The period covered by this contract will be from April 1, 2022 until March 31, 2023 with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The North Carolina Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights of 1964 (78 Stat.252) and the Regulations of the Department of Transportation (49 C.F.R., Part 21), issued pursuant to such act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that the contract entered into pursuant to this notice will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin. Any addenda to this contract will be posted on the Division 11 Letting website. It is the Contractor's responsibility to continue to monitor the NCDOT website for any addenda or other updates concerning this project.
