| Description | Removal of one 2500-gallon and one 3000-gallon existing underground storage tanks (USTs) by a state certified remover and cleaner. During removal, a tank system site assessment (TSSA) will be conducted by the A/E. Demolition activities include the demolishing and removal of concrete slabs, fueling island, spill containment pad, abandonment and termination of storm, electrical, and heat trace utilities, and restoration of the work area. The final demolition limits will be restored by bituminous asphalt pavement. |
